Initially, the company undertook projects in Delhi-NCR, UP, and Punjab. Vikash Propbuild Pvt. Ltd. was formed. Since its inception, Vikash Propbuild Pvt. Ltd. has completed and handed over 10 Government projects and 8 major projects in Industrial, Commercial, Institutional, Warehouse, and Residential segments, in different parts of the Country.
